our name

The name Flö∆Ee refers to the circular flow of materials. The Greek letter Delta (∆) signifies change and embodies our commitment to moving away from unsustainable practices toward an era where garment production is both local and responsible.

Our name is more than a label—it represents the infinite flow of life we infuse into pre- and post-consumer products and the knowledge generated in our innovative production lab.

By redefining waste as a valuable resource, we are pioneering a movement toward circular textile production, making the textile sector more sustainable and diversified.

The future is
circular

Location

Located in Stockholm, Flö∆e gathers all our activities and creates a hub for textile upcycling.

In the lab we conduct our research, do product development and offer tailored solutions for customers and companies seeking to make a circular transition.

We also offer education in both theory and best practice in subjects such as material-based design and pattern drafting for garment materials.

the spark

The fashion and textile industry urgently needs to embark on a profound transformation taking a planetary perspective.

The industry must widen its scope of action on multiple planetary pressures throughout its whole value chain, where the transition to a circular economy that focuses on these points is the key to success.

RESOURCE EFFICIENCY
- Our Motivation

Every second, a truckload of used textiles is landfilled or incinerated. That’s 73 percent of all used textiles worldwide.

Less than one percent of our old clothing is recycled into new clothing. This results in an annual resource loss of more than €100 billion and a huge environmental footprint.

According to forecasts, production and the resulting ecological problems will double in the next 20 years.

we are flö∆e
